★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for 30min. This is my 2nd appointment. The lady decided to increase my time to 1hr without telling me. By the time I realized it was already at the 40min mark. I thought to myself sure try and push me to buy 60min and this will be the last time I come here. This is a scam in the business I know. They extend your session to make more money when they don't have any appointments after. I've been going to massages for over 20 yrs. This is nothing new. Massage was average. No thing special. They were greedy to make money but they forgot that if they lose the business, in the long run they lost more than they've gain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy, called ahead asking if someone was available for deep tissue massage, was very specific about it on the phone and with therapist. Tried to explain my needs but was completely ignored by therapist. Ended up getting a message that was 50% section cup being dragged all over my back! would not recommend at all. $95 for a massage i could have had my child do for me…. Also kept asking me if i had hypertension due to my red/pink skin tone. told her no a few different times and explained that i had just ran a 10k at the gym and that is why i’m flush… didn’t understand.
i wouldn’t even recommend for a relaxation massage, and definitely a no go for deep tissue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolutely amazing massage I had with Catherine Cifra! I chose the clinic by proximity to my home, and the practitioner at random, so I was a little nervous. But wow! She was very professional, warm, and caring, checking in with me periodically about pressure and pain. She even incorporated several helpful modalities since I had several stubborn spots. I left feeling like I have a new body - and it's at least 10 years younger than the one I walked in with...
I will definitely be going back to see her again.
