★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oliver Tower was extremely modern and well kept. The location is ideally located next to 124 st with shops and cafes, and is only a few blocks away from downtown Edmonton.
The flooring and counter tops were exquisite and the spaces are quite large.
The entryway and elevators matched the look of the apartments inside. The outside of the building looks a bit sketchy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for 4 years my fiance about 7 years. Last building owner company did no maintenance at all but their rental price refflected that.
New owner Leston managment has done a lot of improvements on some suites and in all common areas. Improved lighting in common areas changed carpet new lobby ect.
Elevators break down routinely on parkade level sometimes trapping you for min or two. Also expect by monthly water shutdowns both notified and not notified. Lighting in parking is poor and in dark about once a month due to ballast burn lights ect. How about an led upgrade. The ramp to parkade is also icy in winter times. Also 4 lights have been burnt around my stall for about a year even after my vehicle was broken into a secure parkade and i put in 2 light change requests through the email maintanence system.
Overall place is improving but still needs work hence rating. Also building is located near fire station. Get used to sirens.
I like the location because of work and brewery district. Have to weigh the pros and cons vs price of rental. Over is more pro than con

I lived in the building for 5 years and I loved it. Close to transit, shopping, downtown, the Brewery and Ice district.
The suites are spacious and most of them are now freshly renovated.
The Building Manager, Lynsey, is great! She was always quick to respond to any issue/question I had.
I strongly recommend Oliver Tower.
It is ideal for university students and young professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just moved in to the building and so far it's been great! The building is really clean and modern, everything is laid out for you as a new tenant. So far I have had one small maintenance issue that was seen to in 24 hours. Overall, I'm thrilled with Oliver Tower and the building management.
