Anita has been amazing in helping me find the perfect vacation for my husbands 50th birthday. She has been able to answer all of my many questions, and the ones she was unsure of she would reach out to the resort to ensure we were provided with accurate information, regarding rooms, balcony size, etc. She also had great response time made me feel like a priority. My husband and I used Gloria N to help us plan our honeymoon to Italy & Greece summer of 2019. She was referred to us and we were so appreciative. Gloria was fantastic. She booked us the most beautiful hotels - ones we wouldn’t have based off a picture but wow - they had the most amazing staff, pools, breakfast & location. She really knew what to suggest. She was very quick to respond, as we ran into travel delays with luggage lost, late ferries, etc she was prompt with a solution and alternate route to keep us on track. Ian Glen at Tier One Travel in Edmonton has provided me excellent support and service as I have planned a number of unusual international trips. He organized for me to travel to Ethiopia and then he has provided really important to assistance on four trips between Asia and Canada during COVID times. He has been an excellent problem solver, including reaching out to the Canadian Embassy to request clarification about regulations for travel and Air Canada senior staff when flights were very difficult to fine. Ian was very available and responsive as we travelled, which was reassuring. He is good at providing laying out options for consideration, with background about why. I would highly recommend Ian as your Travel Advisor and I will definitely continue to use his services.

We have been in contact with Warren a few times now and have booked 3 vacations and I can’t recommend this guy enough! He’s incredibly informative and I am confident with contacting him about anything travel related. He’s extremely personable! Which I love because he listens to my wants and priorities when booking a trip. I really appreciate that he is open with suggestions and recommendations as well as options. He’s very thorough with details of your trip and if there’s anything he doesn’t know the answers to, he will find it. With the pandemic we had to cancel a trip we had booked and Warren seamlessly dealt with everything. 5 stars simply isn’t enough!

Warren is simply amazing and he goes above and beyond!!! I wish I knew him a long time ago and I could’ve avoided a lot of other travel mishaps!! If you ever have any questions about travelling or any concerns, Warren is definitely the guy that you should go to because he knows everything about anything and he really knows how to take care of you!! He genuinely cares and that is very rare to find in any kind of business, let alone, a travel agency! I promise you will be in good hands if you go with Warren!! He has helped me through every step of the way on my trip!! He cross referenced and double checked everything for me and sent me info on what I needed to do! Anytime I had any questions he was always there to be able to answer all of them ! I never got an “I’m not sure” or “you will need to find out in your own”. No, he always had answers to everything I needed help with! And if he didn’t know, he would research it and come back to me with an answer!! Absolutely amazing!! He even checked in on me just to make sure that all my flights were good to go and also notified me when my flight was cancelled on my way back and he helped me pre-book it before I was even able to get a chance to get back to him because there was no other flights afterwards for another week!! Honestly he was with me through every leg of the trip!! I never felt scared, unsafe or worried!! I have never had any other service like this are ever in my life!! If you ever need to book a trip, definitely go with Warren!! You’ll never be disappointed! Thank you so much Warren for everything and I will come back to you for all my other trips!

It has been very helpful to have an excellent travel agent in this time of travel turmoil. Not only is it important to have a professional who is knowledgable about trip options but really more important to have one who can negotiate complications. Ian Glen was instrumental in booking my husband & I the trip we wanted to Africa for Sept 2020 & stayed the course as we had to cancel arrangements & get money refunded from various airlines. Recently Ian helped us book a Via Rail train to view the Rockies close up with a stay in Jasper. We will continue to use his expert services.
