★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lived in this building for 7 years. If I would have written this review a few years ago it would be one star but a change in management in the past year has changed everything! The new management is amazing. Very kind and very easy to get ahold of. Any issues are addressed immediately and they have been working on updating the suites and building! The building itself has been great and is in an amazing location!

I can’t even think of any good memories there. The staff is so rude and there is no security, one day there was a homeless knocking my door. I didn’t had good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why there are such low reviews, I loved living here. I lived in a 2bed 2bath. The main bathroom's shower is a little short and the water pressure was low, but other than that this place was great for my first apartment. Staff was really nice, especially the manager Lisa. With maintenance you do have to badger them a bit to get something done. Other than that, it was a perfect apartment to live in as a student.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved out after living here for 4 years. While not perfect, it is the best apartment I have rented in Edmonton. Large apartment, pet friendly (with a courtyard perfect for dogs), in suite laundry, and an excellent location if you work/go to school downtown. It is an older building which means maintenance issues do pop up (in the water system especially) but management has worked hard to make improvements and those problems happened less often the longer I lived there. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone apartment hunting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worst experience ever to live in this apartment and there's fire alarm all the time in this building. Morgan (manager) will be so sweet the whole year, but when it comes to moving out she will be a totally different person. Take care guys, first think before signing the lease in square 104 because you won't get your security deposit back. I can never think of writing any bad reviews to anyone but they made me write this because the staff is so rude and i honestly don't have any words to speak right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for 2 years, it was super convenient while attending university and also wasn't terribly priced! I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately when I first moved in I was informed the building had AC (not individual suites) but that it was broken. Flash forward two years and it's still not "fixed" and the heat wave was unbearable, it was 45 degrees inside my apartment and the hallway/lobby wasn't any cooler. However, I would say it was still a great place to live the rest of the year. The water is shut off frequently which is a bummer, but not surprising when you live in an apartment. Also, they do give you your security deposit back if you actually clean your apartment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is absolutely the worst, partly due to the location (being next to Rogers centre). There are lots of homeless people that loiter around the premises, there have been vehicle break-ins at the outdoor parking lot. Apart from that, the apartments are EXTREMELY hot, not so bad in the winter but unbearable in the spring/summer. Additionally, these apartments are susceptible to noise.. especially during hockey season. Do not expect to go to sleep past 12 if the oilers have a home game. I was told that the water is also out frequently sometimes with little notice. I was an Airbnb guest and I felt bad for the host who has to live here full time.
