★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will be can canceling ALL services with this company indefinitely after 18years. Their rates have gone way up, their quality has gone WAY down. Cellphone reception IN our house in the city of Edmonton is nonexistent, have to use wifi calling. Our wifi goes down every four months to the point telus "IT" people have to come ever four months to swap hardware and reset our entire system... our security system catches about 30% of everything it should be catching. Our TV services go down all the time.
