Buyer beware.... Although i got a phone and I had a pretty good experience always check the prices online for anything that your going to buy in this store. I got a $400 pair of headphones that are on sale right now for $180 bucks. Nothing is priced in this store.Cheak on your phone on the competitive prices before you buy. The salesman knows that your eyes are bigger than your stomach when your financing something and that's where they will get you.

I had a surprisingly great experience with this store today, my parents absolutely hate dealing with phone company's and have never had anything good to say about their experiences with ROGERS (despite using one of their family plan for years) so I was expecting my visit today to be tedious and difficult. I have been on my parents plan ever since my first phone. I unexpectedly damaged my screen today and it became unusable; left me with no choice but to look into a phone upgrade or new plan since I was due for one. I ended up leaving ROGER'S today with my own plan with tons of data and unlimited calling/text, a great phone that fits my budget and a free tablet and im so excited! I wish I asked the guy who was helping me his name cause he went above and beyond to find the perfect plan and phone for my budget and I really appreciated how helpful he was. I believe I came in around 6:15 and ended up staying 30 mins past closing time (till 7:30) to get my new phone and plan set up and didn't rush things at all. Fantastic customer service, I sincerely appreciate it! I'm pretty sure his name was Jason but if im wrong he was one of 2 employees working a closing shift on O5/25/21. Thank you so much!

Was going to cancel my account before I met Adrian. He was kind enough to do all the leg work on why past bills were so high and got me the best plan with a free tablet. Needless to say I stayed with rogers thanks to Adrian's patience and knowledge. I highly recommend taking a stop down to enjoy some good old fashion customer service. Thanks Adrian!!!

We have been with Rogers for more than 15 years. We did not plan to buy a smartphone until we met Adrian today. Not only did he share the offers on our account, but he also recommended the device based on what we were looking for. Adrian was super professional, courteous and kind. Go to this store and ask for ADRIAN. He was amazing and patient and helped me get the best deal that I could. I am now a bit more comfortable dealing with Rogers. Happy with my purchase too and I'll be going back to talk with Adrian if anything comes up.

Best store to go to, Adrian, Jason, and Adam are honestly so nice and patient, I have been going to this store for about 4 years never had a problem with them. We went to upgrade my cell phone the other day, Adrian stayed with us even after the store closed to get me my phone, I went back the following day because he said he would help me hook up my new phone, awesome manager and great employee's if I could give them 10 stars I would. Exemptional customer service they go above and beyond for their customers thanks guys I love my new phone!! Highly recommend this store.

Just got 'helped' by a guy named Adam. They have a rope blocking the door when no one is even in there, likely due to covid. Which is completely fine except Adam was generally unhelpful and unwilling to show me display models and seemed more interested in directing a sale than helping a customer. I owed money on my bill so I wasn't allowed to get an upgrade until I made a payment and then when I paid it with online banking, Adam told me he couldn't help me because I didn't use a credit card? Now I'm waiting for up to five business days while banking info goes through. Very communicative Adam
