★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Y'all, Keravie is such a hidden gem in Kingsway Mall! They truly are a beautiful escape for your lash or brow needs. The booking process is easy, and the receptionist was quick to answer all my questions and put together a service (Brow Henna & Brow Therapy) that wasn't advertised on the website for me, which I so appreciated. As a first time customer a few months ago, I was so pleased with Emily's attention to detail, professionalism and work...my brows looked so good after! I can't wait to pop back again soon.

Jenn was very meticulous in adhering lashes and retention seems impressive so far compared to other lash extensions I've received in the past (it's only been 1 day, but still!). There was minimal burning sensation during and she was careful to get rid of any stickiness afterwards. Will definitely be booking again!

The salon is incredibly cute but also very clean and everyone on staff is welcoming, informative and talented. I often switch between getting my lashes done by Chelsea, Emily and Meghan (mostly due to scheduling) and they are seamless at doing fills on each other’s work. The lash artists are always extremely friendly if you want to chat or let you have a quiet lash nap if you doze off. Additionally, I love that the salon is a small female-owned local business! Go to Keravie and your lashes will always be getting compliments like mine are.

Chelsea’s friendly service ensured I felt comfortable and she was sure to ask plenty of questions so that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I was guided through every step of the way so that were no bad surprises with my results. This lash studio takes the time to personalize your service which is the one of the many reasons I’ll keep coming back! As a blonde with very light brows and lashes, I can now say you can *see* them, thanks to Keravie! P.S. if you’re debating getting the keratin mascara, it’s SO worth it. My lashes are so full and lengthy because of it?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a client of Keravie ever since they first opened their doors two years ago. My first experience was as a Gel Lash Lift model. I was super nervous at first, because they were training, but the experience was so positive I kept coming back.
I’ve been getting my Gel Lash Lift done by Megan for a long time now. She super knowledgeable, professional, friendly, gentle and takes pride in her work. In fact, you can tell all the staff at Keravie take a lot of pride in their work. My last Gel Lash Lift was in August, and even with the pandemic I felt totally safe getting my lashes done. The studio is impeccably clean and the high standard of service is obvious from the start.

Lash Lift with Denise who was incredibly sweet & kind and walked me through the process as she was doing it. The space is also very warm, welcoming & lovely. I love my lashes and feel so beautiful. I'll definitely visit again!
