★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store looking with my children. All of whom were behaved. Then my oldest put his hands on a orb pillar plant stand, and the RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL cashier yelled at him. “Don’t touch that it’s not stable!” Is what she yelled. She could’ve told him not to touch it in a calm manner. And there was no ‘Do Not Touch’ sign on or near the plant stand. And if a 12 year old might knock it over that easily maybe IT ISNT SAFE to have on the floor where ANYONE would be able to bump into and knock it over. She had no reason to yell at him, or anyone for that matter. I wouldnt have had an issue if she politely alerted us not to touch the pillar for its unstable. But she didn’t. Rude. If children aren’t allowed in the store, maybe you should put a big bold sign stating such. What a horrible experience I had here because of this cashier. Sad because I was looking to buy something and her behaviour lost a sale for this business. I will never go back and never recommend this place to anyone again. Bountiful has a wonderful selection as well and the staff don’t yell at the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO glad we found Cynthia and Glass Earth! Our unique office and common spaces at Ritchie Mill really came to life with the custom live walls and moss panels they created for us. Cynthia was so accommodating and pleasant to work with and helped us achieve what we had in mind. When we need some plants updated it is no problem, and the cost has been quite fair for the quality and service provided. Only problem is, it is hard to stop once you start:). Thanks to everyone at Glass Earth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We held my bachelorette party at Glass Earth on Saturday night and it was so fun! Cynthia helped us each build our own terrarium in the plant bar, served some delicious wines, and also didn't mind when we brought out some games. Highly recommend for a group night with your favourite ladies. Cynthia's co-worker was also so fun and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store and staff are amazing! My friends took me here for my bachelorette party and they booked a private terrarium making session. The staff was very helpful and informative every step of the way. We all had a blast! All in all, very great time and value. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cynthia and Zarah are so lovely! I booked an after-hours private terrarium building session for my friend's stagette. In addition to walking us through building our beautiful terrariums over wine in their wonderful shop, they humoured us through a myriad of ridiculous games and made the whole experience so much fun for everyone. Thanks so much for helping make it a special night for Susie! Can't recommend enough!!

There was great selection and the fresh eculatpyus at the till left me feeling relaxed.
