I called Kunitz shoes who I was familiar with and they recommended your store to me. Had not heard of your store prior. I was most impressed with the help, service and the product, I received. I will be sure to visit your store and certainly will recommend you to others.
The shoes are perfect for my grand daughter to wear for her First Communion. My most sincere thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the new owners of the store. I bought a pair of shoes for my one year old, online; the pickup was fast and easy. However, I got the size wrong twice (it was my fault both times for not measuring my son's feet), I felt very embarrassed for going back to the store twice for exchanging the shoes, but they had no problem with it. They were very understanding, kind, and helpful. I bought two pairs of shoes and they are wonderful quality and cute. I will be going back. :)

I love this shop and visit regularly as they have adorable things for your own kids as well as gifts for others. Great selection of children’s shoes and boots. Lots of wooden toys and games too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pricing and customer service. I accidentally selected the option to do an in store pick up even though I don't live in the same province. One of the store employees quickly noticed it and promptly contacted me and helped me store out the error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business falls in a shopping area where people will want to park and walk around to different shops. I chose to park at my final destination before starting my errands. Why would I drive to each place to park when they are all within a two block area. I didn’t appreciate that I was threatened with a parking ticket by the “people upstairs.”
As a business owner you should make sure your upstairs neighbours aren’t doing anything to deter customers from your business. I prefer to shop local, but will happily give my business to ‘roots kids’ and ‘Old Navy’ as to not have the headache of worrying about getting towed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Took two toddlers in to buy new shoes. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. They measured both boys and found them the perfect shoes. The girl helping us was SO patient as my kids got distracted and tried on so many options. Walked out with two new pairs of shoes and very happy little boys.
