Went absolutely above and beyond after shattering my glasses over New Years making sure all my needs were met and gave me a deal on my first pair of sunglasses I’ve ever owned I can actually see through. Special thanks to the two Tracy’s and the lady who reconstructed my broken glasses with a recycled frame. Can’t thank everyone enough. ?? Absolutely saved the day

Following my choice of frames and lenses, she quickly completed my order and scheduled a pickup time for me. Very smooth and straightforward process. At pickup time Jennifer expertly adjusted the frames and again I was on my way with a smile on my face. Good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have a little anxiety getting glasses as I am sure most people do. I was looking for something more bolder to stand out a little more but can never tell what looks good. Stephanie helped me pick out some amazing pairs. While I trusted her judgement I needed some more input. All the staff there were very helpful with their honest options. At the end of the day the entire staff lead by Stephanie maybe me feel great about my purchase and boosted my confidence. I would recommend this particular store because of the friendliness and over all honesty of all the staff. Thank you to all of them. It was nice when I came back and they remembered me.
