But no, any questions I had regarding factions, models, painting, etc were met with care by every staff member and made me the fan of the franchise I am today. I highly recommend this store to newbies and hardcores alike. Great service, great selection, great all around.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely high prices. There are other Hobby Shops that sell the same GW products 10%-15% cheaper. They are not my first choice for Warhammer supplies. Honestly, GW is my LAST stop to buy anything from Games Workshop, simply due to the mark-up of their own products, sold in their own shops. It's a backwards market practice actually.
The staff are pretty friendly, very knowledgeable, and love to talk about their hobby... if you can get past the intolerable and overwhelming stench of B.O. long enough to converse with them.
On the 1st Saturday of every month, the company will give out a Free model, booklet, etc, BUT they will never offer it or advertise it, and are very reluctant to give you the Freebee if you do not buy something else while there.
Be prepared for the "Up-sell" , these guys seem to thrive on it (This location specifically) Every time I've been here, they try very hard to get me to buy more than I want.
Overall, I would highly recommend one of their competitors first TBH.

Kyle, Steve, Jay, Doug, all are very passionate and helpful employees who make me look forward to every visit. I’ll continue to go to this store for a long time.
