★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Rude staff. And was told "I'm Stupid" for coming in there and asking about a charger? Un-real. I spoke to another agent about coming in and testing a charger for my speaker. One person said sure no problem come on it we can test out a couple and try find you one. Next thing I walk there -22 out or w.e it's fine. Takes me about a Hour 20min walk. Get to location. Got racial profiled. And once I ask one of the associate's about my charger everyone kinda just sho me away. Yeah I understand there is alot of Getto actions downtown but to be racial profiled and not helped was VERY RUDE. NEVER WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN AND STRONGLY WILL RECOMMEND NO ONE TO SHOP HERE EITHER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is the place for your cell phones, ear buds, laptops, head phones, computers and other electronic devices located inside the Edmonton City Centre mall. Although I think the products were a bit pricey, however, the store is clean and well lit. Staffs are very friendly and courteous and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Source is your source for cell phones, head phones, ear buds, computers, flat screen televisions and other electronic devices. It’s all candy to the eyes. The store is well lit and clean. Staff is friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. This location is inside the Edmonton City Centre Mall. I tend to think that prices are somewhat high but it’s all brand names on the products they sell so that comes with a price. Anyways it’s a nice place and pleasant to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been going downhill slowly each year. You can't spend 5 minutes without being harassed constantly with questions. Especially when you enter the store immediately bombarded with question after question, I understand it's the job to ask you if you need anything but not every 5 minutes. Not only that the new employees that work here are extremely rude and only care about selling stuff to you. They constantly try to push products that I don't need. They're also extremely bad at explaining their policy and warranty information. I've started going to Best Buy specifically because I don't feel so pressured just to buy something or even just to be in the store.
