β β β β β Got this activated at The Source, and then find that A GUY has the same number as me, when I texted an aunt He replied that this is his number or had someone calling asking for said guy. Am worried cause basically all my info is on this phone ??? would give Zero stars but need one to post. Also switching service

β β β β β Lied about a deal they had to get me to sign up im assuming for comission money. Guy was texting his friends every 5 seconds instead of helping me. He would ignore what i said, start repmying to his friends text and laughing at it, then a minute later say "sorry what were you saying?" he also overcharged me by accident then said sorry he couldnt fix it. I would say it was the worst mobile service ive had but it was more of a disservice so that wouldnt really make sense.

β β β β β I paid for the 20 dollar plan, which had mobile data. A few days after I had paid, I realized the mobile data wasn't working. I went to the Lucky Mobile store, and they said they couldn't help me. Wow, 20 dollars down the drain. I don't recommend the store or Lucky Mobile. Would give 0 stars if I could.

β β β β β Lucky Mobile has the best customer service! All the sales reps were always top notch and so motivated to help! They really went all out for me and set me up with everything I needed and more. I would recommend everyone go check it out!

β β β β β Absolute worst customer service that Iβve ever received. I called the 1-800 number with my issue and the woman that answered couldnβt resolve the issue with me and refused to let me talk to a manager. She informed me I had to go into a store to speak with a manager. Not a big concern I donβt have a long history with lucky mobile and have no concerns switching providers to one that is willing to offer customer service.

β β β β β Folks dont suscribe to Lucky offers like St Patrick or whatever they offer you .they lie to me i subscribe for $35 data 2.5 GB plus 500mb for topping up 3GB then 2GB data extra for st patrick day offer. well in 3 days i have not data which is imposible. I subscribe to Chatr for 4.5GB data plus 500MB for topping up equal to 5GB, in 3 days I STILL HAVE 4.156 GB Data. that proves LUCKY take away your data they dont HONOR THE OFFER, they are liers. They dont even SHOW MY 5gb IN MY ACCOUNT YOU CAN SEE THE SCREENSHOT.
