β β β β β I've been coming here for year.s with my family. Dr. Shelley is awesome! She aways takes time and care with patients and my kids enjoy their visits which is always important. Christina is also wonderful and so helpful with frame choices,etc... Check this place out if you are in need of eye care.

β β β β β Excellent service here. Dr. Scott Karaim provided a very thorough eye exam and walked me through my new glasses prescription. He was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. The ladies were very friendly as well.

β β β β β I have not been able to wear contacts for almost 3 years because most lenses material/solution irritates my eye. Dr. Guy over here was really helpful and patient with me, we went through 4 or 5 different types of lenses trials until we found the right one. They don't talk about paying for lenses until you are satisfied with what you are getting. I have tried different places before and they usually give up after 2 trials and say's your eyes are not meant to wear contacts. Ladies upfront are also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it!

β β β β β One of the staff was incredibly rude, I paid for anti-glare on my lenses. When I picked them up, they didn't look like the lenses were right, I commented that I don't think they're anti-glare, she checked and said yup, I paid for them so they're right. Went back a few days later and told her they were wrong. Very condescending and rude. I will never go back there.

β β β β β Excellent service, great quality eye wares and friendly staffs. Prices are very reasonable. This location is flexible for booking appointments. Dr Guy and Dr. Shelley has been taking care of my mother. Both of them took the time to understand and explain her issue. Her prescription was well explained. I would highly recommend this eye care center.

β β β β β This was my first eye appointment with City Centre Eye Care and Dr. Shelley Lindberg-Kreig was absolutely AMAZING! She was very personable, funny and took the time to ensure that I completely understood what was going on with my eyes. It was such a great feeling leaving knowing exactly what was wrong and what the plan was to try and correct it. The rest of the staff were friendly and the environment was very clean. I also love how this is a family business! Definitely recommend!

β β β β β Was able to make an appointment for when I needed it, great service from the girls up front even checked best before dates for me(product was expired) so she gave me a free sample and the doctor answered all my questions gave me options on contacts and went home with two boxes of contacts.

β β β β β I went in to get an updated perscription for safety glasses that I was to purchase at a specialty safety glasses store. l They did not provide all the information that was required, failing to provide a PD number and claiming that they didn't take it.
They failed to provide the service I specifically required and are charging me for a half job. They don't even sell safety glasses with the specifications required by my employer so I find this especially pettty.
Its unfortunate because I likes the Dr.
