★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaughn was friendly but largely unable to help me exchange a phone I ordered online. When I mentioned what I wanted to do he seemed to be uncertain and failed to confirm that I had the phone with me to exchange.
What he did was confirm that the phone was on my account and then tell me that Freedom Call Centre has to cancel the phone they sold me. The fact that he didn’t check that I had the phone with me the whole time, caused me to waste time trying to call the call centre.
Numerous times I mentioned that the call center said I could EXCHANGE the phone in store. But he never clued in that I had the phone and kept telling me that they needed to cancel off my account.
This employee needs more training to ask questions about the problem before jumping to a solution. More clarifying questions would have helped but he seemed stuck in the one solution and that he couldn’t help.
Despite not having the phone I wanted in stock he told me that another store which had stock couldn’t put a short term hold on it. But that was incorrect cause I called them and they held it for me.
Seriously Freedom, spend some time training your people to actually help people get stuff done.

The service person was clueless, and the next service person there was on his phone the entire time did not look up nor try to help the lost co-worker. Got turned off real quick so I just left. Went to Bonnie Doon location, customer service was worlds apart.

I wanted to renew to a newer phone and wasn't allowed, neither I could examine if the part being sold to me was the correct one. More, the woman threw my cable to the floor and I had to pick it up , me being over 70 years of age ... unbelievable ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We transferred this number (587 974 x000) to another service provider on August 24, 2021. However, until today we are still being charged for that number, and once Nov 24, 2021 auto charged my credit card $ 250.04. There are no incoming or outgoing calls on that phone number. This should've been reviewed by team. We didn't receive any paper bills in the mail, any calls or any other notices. There were 5 phone numbers on the account and 2 email addresses. None were notified.
