β β β β β I went into fix a screen that was shattered and initially it looked good as new. I left the store to make a phone call and no one on the other end or myself could hear each other. I went back immediately and the guys at Mobilingq tried to tell me it was a damaged part from the fall or screen crash. They said it was the motherboard and they would have to send it to the lab and it would probably cost me three hundred dollars. This was not true however because when they looked and opened they said something in India language about the camera. Sure enough, a few days later my front camera stopped working then my back camera went out as well. I was told that I should just buy a new phone. Like I can afford one. I went to another place who fixed the camera and microphone for fifty bucks - excellent service. works good as new. They research I did online says when replacing a screen the technician has to be careful not to damage camera and microphone parts. The new serviceman I went to says thats what happened and I am pretty sure Mobilinq did damage my camera and microphone. When I asked for a refund they refused. Terrible service from Mobiinq they should have refunded me the entire amount they made me pay at the very least and offer a decent apology. Would never recommend these guys to anyone.

β β β β β Really impressed with their service. Fast and instant repair. The guy ran a diagnostic test for free which other places charge for it. He even explained me what was wrong with my phone and he was able to fix it for me. I would highly recommend them.

β β β β β I bought a screen protector here for my new phone, the man who helped me was very friendly and professional, however the protector came off in less than 24 hours causing me to make another 45 minute trip to town. The second man who helped me was also very friendly and professional, he replaced the protector with one he said would stick better. This protector lasted about 30 hours but now the corners are peeling off. I'm now out $30 and still don't have a screen protector. Despite the excellent staff the product has caused a severely terrible experience and I will not be returning.

β β β β β My Phoenix 5 is locked to the atnt network, when I purchased it, I was pretty sure it was a unlocked phone, I'm never asked for recipept because I didn't think I would have issues, More they never bothered offering me the receipt.but I do have bank statement shows price and purchase history,
But what I'm wondering, can the kiosk fix my issue and get my phone working
