The manager wearing coat is nice and very patient but when the old man approached us and realized we don’t have the wallet we’re looking for, he just pushed us away even if my husband said ok we’ll just look around for options but kept on saying “don’t look no more”!!! He don’t derserve to be in the business of retail customer service! They should know how to value cust especially if they don’t have a single cust helping out in the store that time! Really frustrating!!!

The old man would rather kick you out than get you to buy their stuff. I don’t know how the others reviewed this store with 5 stars.

I have never had a bad experience here weather it was a product or the service.. this man knows leather.. and fit.. great selection across the board.. belts, hats, bags, wallets, gloves, jackets.. I recommend that you go see him if you are looking for anything leather.. quality merchandise in store and way too much to list.. it's overwhelming sometimes but he makes it simple.. my advice is go..
