★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I really felt hungry and went running upstairs to food court for Thai Expresd. I anxiously ordered veggie stir fry. Asked the person to make for to go. Once prepared I go back to store and not even one freaken bite of food I felt such as cold rice. I was so mad that I wanted to throw this food on their face. I went upstairs and complained about the food and mentioned about what’s going on with this food. And yes seems like that their is 2 people working one on front and one on back. I really won’t even buy the food from them. I totally find that they are not fit for running this fast food. I took my business to next door for cone pizza. Please think twice before you guys go to eat at Thai express. Horrible experience. ????

This location in particular is very inconsistent.
I work in the mall and everytime I order the same thing, it tastes very different.
Depending on who is making your Tom Yum soup, it will vary right down to the colour!!
When ever I order Pad Thai, I have to remind the chef that I asked for spicy. Even though right on my menu ticket it says "Pad Thai: Spicy", I guess he doesn't read it? Because he has forgotten to add any spice 3 times in a row, and it happened to my co-worker as well.
Every other location is great.
If you're ordering from here, just be super super specific about what you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am completely disgusted. I was here at approximately 3:15pm on June 21st, 2016. I noticed someone cleaning the fume hood above the counter, with his foot on the counter. It was not cleaned before my food was prepped on the same counter. If my food had not been in a bowl at the time I would never have eaten it. I then watched the man who made my food empty a bag of raw shrimp into a pot and proceed to return to making my food without washing his hands. Finally, the girl at the cash had her finger deep up her nose while I was standing right there. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the usual 7C medium today. Pad Thai chicken medium spicy, spicy yes! Chicken no! No chicken!! Egg bits but no chicken! A few tofu cubes but no chicken! I agree with the other reviews and this place is inconsistent. Different cooks every time. Called 2 different phone numbers, one from receipt and one posted on Google and no answer... Will voice my concern loudly when I go back next. I like the food but only when served as ordered. I got take out this time and went back to the office, otherwise I would have shared my concerns immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Thai Express location ever. First, I walked up to the woman to place my order. She did not greet me, just stared at me, waiting for me to give my order. The entire time, she did not say ONE WORD to me, didn't ask how spicy I wanted my meal, didn't ask if I wanted a drink. She literally said nothing! I was the only one there, so they were not busy. Bu no one started making my food for about 5 minutes. It was actually the cashier that eventually went and grabbed the noodles and chicken and threw it in to the pot....with her hands. Gloved....but still. That's not how they normally do it. And then to make it even worse, I open up the box and there is barely ANY sauce in the meal and hardly any Chinese broccoli in it. Not happy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was still rush hour about past 1pm and they only had one guy preparing for a line up of about more than 10 people. One crew seemed to prioritize cleaning the cooking counter and wiping the glasses instead of helping with the orders. Another customer asked the cashier lady if it was possible to have someone help with the orders as more people were lining up so the cleaning guy was told to help but it took him too slowly to do so. Finally, after patiently waiting for my fried rice, i got a one that was too salty and dark with soy. It wasn’t what I usually got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to the one in southgate, this Thai Express is trash. The "padsew" is either too too light or too too salty. Watch this. With this much soi sauce, I won't need to eat any salt in the next few years. Also, u forgot to put sugar and spice(when I ordered, I said spicy).
