Boulevard Diamonds is a full-service jewellery store that offers expert jewellery repairs, restoration and quality watch repair.
All repairs are personally handled by our professional goldsmith and watch technician, which greatly reduces the turn around time and cost.

I ordered a white gold charm and it was too small so I had to ship it back and get a larger one, and the sales associates were so nice and extremely helpful! Shela handled my payment and shipping for the exchange and she was lovely! The charm itself is also beautiful. That said, I would definitely recommend this jewellery store!!

She offered me an in-store promotion that I wouldn't have known I missed out on when she confirmed my order. She checked in to see how the rings were after I first received them. She is very easy to get in touch with, answers questions quickly and gives updates on my rings' progress.
Since I placed my order and until now, Rina has made me feel as if I'm more than a customer but also a friend. I can only imagine how well she and her team must treat their customers in person (I bought the rings online because I live in Toronto).
I would highly recommend them because both their products and customer service is amazing. I can tell that they are passionate about what they do and about their customers.

They respond promptly to enquires. Online orders are put together and shipped in good time, and if there is a delay in shipment the girls let you know ahead of schedule.
A special thank you to both Rina and Sheila for helping me find the perfect chains to go with two pendants. The white gold Wheat chain and the yellow gold Singapore chain are both lovely and match the pendants perfectly!
I highly recommend this family owned and operated business to anyone looking for a jewelry store that truly cares about their customers!
