FRAUD!! Sold me a gold plated diamond engagement ring which should've been 18karat gold. Diamond was chipped. Told me he'd give me a full refund if things didn't work out, not holding up to his promise. Totally fraudulent behaviour. BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The owner is very knowledgeable, and is present at the store every day. I like that they do their work on site, and you get warranty on anything purchased/made from the store. They even helped me out with repairing a ring that was purchased from a different place.They are honest, friendly, have very reasonable prices, and their work is excellent! No sales tactics that pressure you, which is such a breath of fresh air, after visiting many other jewelry stores. Highly recommend!

Had my wife's engagement ring custom made here. She is very happy so I am very happy with it. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable and I will use him again in the future and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

I can't recommend Jedco enough! My now fiancé and I spent the last several months having an engagement ring custom made by them. Jerry gave really good, honest feedback and used his expertise to make sure I got what I envisioned, while still making sure it would withstand the use I wanted from it. (For example making the ring practical/more durable for everyday wear - so opal/sapphire turned to diamond, sterling silver turned to white gold, accent work was made decorative instead of structural, etc.) Jerry and Sonita kept in regular contact with me and I was invited back to the store to see in person when progress was made. I got to hold/inspect the stones as I chose from a selection of them, and saw many different examples. I was also encouraged to take lots of pictures so I could refer back and see if my opinions stayed the same after a few days. I felt like I was given a lot of options and opportunities to voice my thoughts and ask questions. They also created a 3D wax model before they poured the gold, so I got a good idea of what the ring would look like before committing to the design. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s clear they take pride in what they create and care about what the customer wants. I didn’t feel pressured at all, and any advice was clearly given with the intent of creating a piece that will last and I could be happy with. I feel like if I had gone to another jewelry store, I wouldn’t have been able to get what I want to the same extent, and would be left with a ring with missing/cracked stones within a few years. My ring turned out perfectly and I feel confident I can wear it for years to come with no need to worry. I appreciate all the help I received over the last several months and am so happy we went to Jedco. Thank you!

From walking in the door to the final purchase and now subsequent purchases we have been greeted warmly and were provided with one of the best customer experiences we have ever had. My fiancé and I were were looking for an engagement ring and Jerry was our representative (also owner). This is truly a man that is proud of what he offers and stands behind his product. Rather than focusing on having us walk out the door with a diamond he was focused on ensuring we had full confidence in our purchase regardless of whether we bought from him. If you haven’t done your research before buying a diamond, it can be easy to be taken advantage of. Jerry not only acknowledged this, but actively sought to dispel this stigma and spent a large amount of time educating the uneducated. Equipped with this new found knowledge, I found the perfect stone. When making a purchase this significant it matters all the more to feel that you made the right one. Jerry and the staff at Jedco exceeded my expectations.

I have been a Jedco customer for over 20 years. They've helped design and build jewellery for me many times, and I've always been completely satisfied with the experience. When I needed an engagement ring, they let me select the diamond and built the custom band. They let me select the diamonds to use for anniversary earrings and then built them from scratch for me. When I wanted a custom ring for myself, they helped me select the stones, and 10 years later, I still love that ring. Makes me happy every time I see it. Custom ammolite ring? No problem. Now, later in life, they are helping me with the celebration of significant milestones from a distance. Jerry and the team have always been a joy. They take the time to make sure you are happy, and stand behind their work. When I need something special - the first and last name I think of, is Jedco.

Easily the best experience I have had shopping and looking for any jewelry!!! I had gone to all the other shops and everyone felt pushy..... Jerry took the time to explain the massive long term differences between artisan and real diamonds. He waited for my opinion on what I wanted, and then gave his professional advice. I can tell you for a fact I will NOT shop anywhere else! You have a longer term client in me Jerry!

I had a great experience with Jerry and team. Even though I live in Calgary, they were prompt and provided me information during the whole process and I never felt like I was disconnected. When I received the engagement ring I was floored - they incorporated everything I asked for and then some.
