The time spent on diamond education was so invaluable because it allowed me to be confident with my ultimate purchasing decision. 3. ATTENTION TO DETAIL When it came time for the design of the ring, I really appreciated how patient Chelsea was with me. I am a very meticulous person and Chelsea showed nothing but care and respect for my requests throughout the process. It's clear to me that Vandenbergs strives to provide each of their clients with the perfect piece every time. 4. TEAMWORK You don't have to be around the staff for long to feel like they've built a relaxed and collaborative work environment. The upbeat atmosphere certainly makes the purchasing experience more enjoyable. We had Guillermo come over a few times to provide further information about diamonds. It's great to interact with staff that clearly love what they do! 5. FULL DISCLOSURE Once the diamond was chosen and the design was finalized, I really like how Chelsea took an extra step and showed me a few things around their workshop. I saw a few sample CAD drawings, a machine that would cast the gold, and even met a few people who were going to shape the ring. This only increased my confidence in my purchasing decision. I came to Vandenbergs Jewellers to make an engagement ring. Chelsea was the main person I worked with in designing and picking out the diamond and materials for my ring. She was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgable. She made the process so easy and explained everything is great detail along the way. Vandenbergs took my ideas and made the ring in house and the quality is second to none. The entire staff is so caring and friendly. They truly make you feel valued and do not pressure you into buying or doing anything you do not want. I went to a few jewellers before going with Vandenbergs, and without a doubt they were by far the best.

After browsing for engagement rings with my girlfriend and getting a general idea of what we wanted in a ring, I dropped by to check out some ideas and with the intent of shopping around. Guillermo taught and explained all the different details to consider when picking out both a diamond and a ring. He helped me narrow down my previous ideas into a singular idea to move forward with. Much of my unease and nerves of stepping into the unknown were removed from the equation. Inah took my broad ideas for the ring and feedback from other designs, putting it all together for a single unique ring that would my fiance's lifestyle and preferences. She went over the choices, and the pros and cons of the different ring designs. I picked up the custom ring 2.5 weeks after first walking in for a consult and it was everything I was looking for and my now fiance loved it when I popped the question. The value was great, with the price remaining in my budget and I was never pressured to move out of my comfort zone in regards to budget. I recently took my wife's engagement ring to Vandenbergs to get an opinion on how to address the diamonds becoming a little loose and upgrading the ring. Guillermo was very helpful and his expertise in gems and design really helped me understand all the details and pricing. With his advice, I decided to upgrade the ring in a brilliant 19K white gold diamond ring. The expertise, efficiency, and professionalism of Guillermo and all the folks at Vandenberg made for an excellent experience. The ring turned out absolutely flawless and precisely as discussed. My wife is extremely happy and now proudly wears her ring all the time without worry. I should add Guillermo speaks fluent Spanish which I definitely enjoyed.

This place is incredible! We came 6 years ago to look at engagement rings and the owner was so kind explaining about diamonds and how to choose the one you’d like - he was very patient to a couple kids who couldn’t buy anything. We went back a few months ago to finally design a ring and we had such a good experience. Chelsea help me perfect a design. She was so knowledgeable about what would work and what would look the best. We were in constant communication during the whole process. The final result is incredible.
