Our firm was a very challenging client for Mark because we wanted to explore many, many different opportunities including for sale properties, rental properties, build-outs and existing spaces with and without renovations. Mark assisted us capably with excellent knowledge of how each option would be negotiated and what the impact would be on our bottom line.
