He firsr said there wasn't much to see as the owner wanted to combine two spaces into one & that's what I would be renting. I said ok, and asked if I would be able to see the finished space when finished. Was told owner would not renovate until a agreement was signed. When I said that wouldn't work for me, Brandon replied with an condecending email " if you believe you will be able to make decisions without being able to physically see what the “final state” of the space, then let me know "
