I've had nothing but good service from Shanghai, love their Shomei and Dumplings.. also a be very friendly atmosphere and they are committed to serving there customers on a personal level unlike franchises..I love their food and will always be a regular customer.

I was definitely full after eating just the Basic combo but I felt like the food wasn't very fresh and I kind of feel gross after but I mean it was good when I was eating it. The food is really glossy so I wouldn't be surprised if it's filled with MSG or salt. I feel like this place is part of a bigger franchise or something because they have the exact same food as Bourbon St. Grill in the food court at West Edmonton Mall.

And the fried rice was very greasy. I’ve had the blackened chicken here, and it tasted raw. This is the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. It tastes like it was sitting a long time, and not fresh.

FOOD AIN'T FRESH AT ALL ordered combo #4 with dim sum the spring rolls taste pretty salty the bbq steam bun is dry the chicken steam bun is dry the fried noodle is greasy the broccoli doesn't taste fresh NOTE: Worst Chinese fast food I've ever tasted. Didn't finish it. threw it to garbage can
H	Heather Callihoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of money. For the lunch special which was $10.29 with tax came to $10.80 you get your choice of rice (or noodles), veggies, and a meat. They fill over half with the cheap stuff, noodles, maybe 2 scoop of vegetables and a very cheap amount of meat, perhaps 10 tiny pieces of cut up of chicken. The noodles had no flavour and dry and I wasn't given any Soy sauce, the vegetables were raw, perhaps dried for 2 minutes and very greasy and the chicken was very tiny and the flavour was not good for lung pow chicken, not spicy as you would expect. Won't be wasting my money here anymore, gave them a second chance and they failed, again. Go here if you want to spend $10 for a box of noodles. Rip off place.

I have never had a bad experience with this place, the food is always hot, and taste is always good. The negative reviews I feel are made by those who love leaving nothing but negativity in their wake.
