All the while full order and full skipthedishes orders were being sent out to people who ordered a full 15 minutes after me. I asked about my food and was told that I would still have to wait because other orders were more important apparently. If you work in the mall and have limited time for a break, don't waste your time going here. They either need to get themselves properly staffed, or some retraining

B	Bert Sabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yes today november 27th midday because of being saturday not busy this was Edmonton Centre. Probably me but, the Covid ID checking seemed confused using a printed on paper instead of a cell phone. when i tried this I wasn't permitted to sit.(??) food court.

Time ordered 16:05:52. Waiting with 5 others and 5 waiting to place order...oops 4 1 left taking too long ...takes forever and screwed up order

Was unclear where exactly it ended because people were scattered everywhere trying to maintain their distance. Definitely not the most organized, would definitely recommend using barriers or floor stickers to provide some direction.
K	Kirk Dewhurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to McDonald’s since I was a kid and it has morphed many times over the years but I have always liked the food and the reasonable prices. This location is always busy and is a small food court size so it can be crowded at times especially during breakfast and lunch. Personally I have had good service and the staff is friendly and courteous. I work in the Oxford Tower and it is a short walk to the food court so it is convenient. I use the App at times ahead of time so I can just go to the restaurant and my food is ready. I will continue to come here.
