★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we went to see Batman, the film was so out of focus and so dark you couldn't make out any of the details. It was like they were using a pirated copy instead of the official film. The quality was so bad we ended up leaving after 10 minutes. They did give us a refund for the tickets but didn't compensate us for our time, the food we bought and the wasted night. I'm probably never going to return as it was the worst movie experience ever and wouldn't want to chance it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem, didn't even know about it until my friend recommended it. Came to watch the new Spider-Man movie and had a great experience.
Staff were welcoming and attentive to proof of vaccination. Bathrooms were clean as well. Overall a great experience, will make sure to come here again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Wednesday couples deal which worked out to $40 for 2 tickets, 2 drinks, popcorn and a snack of our choosing. It was a really great value, we would do it again. The theater itself is in the city center mall which is a dump, hence 4 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The theatre is great, the seats need a renovation, but weren't bad. This theatre plays a lot of the limited release movies that don't get a full wide release, and I love it for that. My big issue is the parking situation. I know it's downtown and parking isn't great normally, but I found a spot near an entrance to the mall, but the mall doors were locked after 6 pm or something, and we had to go all the way around the building to enter through the hotel entrance and ended up being late for the movie. I don't really know how to fix this issue, and again, it's not really an issue with the theatre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite cinema in the city - it's super accessible by transit and they often have limited releases. The staff are so nice and they have one of those cool choose-your-own soft drink machines! I use the Atom app to buy tickets and it's integrated seamlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a quiter, less busy place to watch a movie (albeit with less comfy seats than some of the renovated theatres out there), do it here. You might pay a few bucks for parking, but it's worth it to not have to fight the crowds. Great popcorn and they have Coke Freestyle machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QR Code scanner was not working properly. Cinema needs a quicker way to scan QR Codes and I.D. It took over 15 minutes for 3 adults to be scanned and I.Ds checked. (Thank goodness we had patient kids with us) Someone else came over to help make the process quicker once the line got longer behind us. We missed the beginning of the movie, but the rest was truly enjoyable! Sing 2 for saving the night!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked and I enjoyed my time there with my friend, but the service was a little slow, I know they where very busy because the good quality food and all the customers but hopefully next time they have more attendees or waitresses. The waitresses were nice either way, I recommend this place with delicious Italian cuisine ??
