Dr Cheryl Tsang is probably the best eye doctor in Edmonton hands down ensuring you see the best you can is her priority and she is very willing to work towards your eye happiness!!!!!!!! Every person in the office is happy to help and you can tell they smile-even behind the masks.

The wasn’t pushy, she asked what I had in mind, I told her what I had found online and she was able to find me the frames I had looked at as well as some fun ones! Between my shopping companion and Maria the experience was most enjoyable! I felt Confident in my pick (thanks Maria, it was really your pick). She matched my pace and tone and was quick witted with one liners! Absolutely amazing customer service! I tried them for two weeks and just couldn’t get comfortable with them. I went back to LensCrafters and they had ZERO issue exchanging my plastic frames for a different metal pair. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the care they took ensuring I was happy with my purchase. Thank you LensCrafters! I 100% recommend this location for any glasses needs you might have.
K	K. M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been to this location before. Had my eye exam at Southgate . I went kinda late in the day. No specific issues. Things are very impersonal now everywhere you go. I'm on Income Support so I only get to chose from a very small selection of frames and got pretty much the same ones I did 5 years ago....now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to come in. But things are delayed everywherebi guess. I was kind of excited to go and get them and it ended up being a very mellow dramatic moment , was hoping to sport a new look but ended up with the same boring ones I had last time . I get that we can't get Prada or something covered , bit you'd hope they could at least change up the styles a bit . On the brightside however, I am looking forward to being able to see again....so at the end of the day....they did their job and they did it well....well I hope. Will find out in 2-3 weeks when my Armani Exchange glasses cone in. Till then...I'm still very blind. I did a lot of reading up on different places to maybe go. But, why fix something that isn't broken? Never had a bad experience and I've been wearing glasses since I was 5....I'm now 41....yikes. Hopefully soon people can laugh again and have fun at their jobs. This whole single file military-esque way of life is no fun for anybody. Thanks for the great customer service. It's appreciated. You tend to get stuck on a certain shape and stick with it for years. Cheryl the store manager, spent alot of time helping me pick out a pair for the office and a pair for everyday. She took her time and I never felt rushed. She encouraged me to try on a pair I thought there was no way I would like. I love them! Totally updated and looking great. I can't thank her enough! I also want to point that they have a fantastic 30 day policy. Don't love your glasses? They will fix the issue! The quality of the lenses are outstanding. Best I have ever had. They are worth checking out. I will be back when its time for a new pair!
