★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have lived here since 2010 and absolutely fell in love with the neighbourhood, the community, the building, and of course, our loft. Very spacious with hardwood floors, exposed brick and pipes and large wooden pillars throughout. It also overlooks the historical 104th Street. Very friendly building that's very secure.
