★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent or buy here. They can't keep the heat on in the winter, more than one water main has burst, and they turn the water off at least once a month. Also the elevators are constantly breaking down. Badly kept building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Century is a great place in the centre of downtown with Farmers' Market in front of the building on Saturdays from May to Oct. It is close to all kinds of attractions downtown including The Roger's Centre, universities, Downtown Library, City Hall, Museum and Theatres.
The Condo board is very caring and try to generate friendly environment among residents and the neighbourhood. The board members and site manager listen to the residents. They work hard to fix and solve problems when they occur, though some need time and have to take its course.:)
