★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance shows up either not at all or without notice. Very unsettling to know that anyone can walk into my unit whenever they want. Have dealt with pipes bursting (resulting with damaged carpet nobody has come to fix), cockroach infestation, randoms sleeping in the stairwell and laundry room with NO feed back from the security team, and many nights you will hear the sounds of residence moving MANY bags of cans and bottle (no wonder there’s a bug problem). It has been a hard time living here and will not be living in a boardwalk building again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to move in December and rather than breaking my lease and using a different property management company I was able to transfer my lease to another boardwalk property. In order to do that I received an amazing amount of help from Jasmine at the Palisade building. She is an amazing representation of your company and I want to personally thank her here and whomever had the foresight to hire her in the first place. If she is the face of the company than you are very fortunate to have her as an employee. Thank you Jasmine and thank you Boardwalk for being a fair property management company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to contact Mgmt about using a facility within the building that we are paying for and they have total control to restrict access, and dealing with them is both pointless and infuriating! No reason, customer service skills or common sense at play. Naima at the leasing office did her best, but escalating any issue at all is consistently received with zero empathy or urgency. Will be leaving when my term is up. Avoid this place if you care about quality and customer service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely wouldn't live here again, from day one I've had maintenance here too many times, all the repairs feel like bandaid repairs and they don't properly fix anything, heat has been a huge thing and I was given an electrical space heater that I have to pay for because my heats "working" but it's still so cold, I've been wondering why my throat hurts and today when one of the heater things fell I found mold on the heater in the kitchen! I'm so disgusted
