★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cream place billing is not to knew you would have to pay for parking and is very hard to find parking down around the city area because of the business what it is close to everything downtown which is pretty much all in walking distance which is great for people who don't drive or for people who just don't want to drive there and isn't too bad for downtown area there is nice and shread lots of green space I think everyone would love it here I know I do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is currently where I live, Hillside Estates. I'm baffled and disappointed with how disgusting this building is. I live in the North Tower which recently had a flood. They told people who were effected by the flood that they would need to leave by Jan 31st. Now people are just leaving their trash EVERYWHERE. How did Hillside Estates not prepare for this kind of move? If you're asking families to move out within a week, order garbage bins! I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of care and concern with the entire situation. When my lease is up, I will be moving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here for 11 years and the experience has been mostly positive. Great views, good neighbours and easy access to everything in downtown Edmonton. Just a 10 minute walk to Rogers Place for concerts and NHL hockey games!

I’ve lived without heat (for 7 months) or appropriate water heating levels in accordance with AHS standards (for 2 months) the landlords and building will deny any issue as either being the issue of the building or landlords. The office will refuse to help you stating that “the only reason they’re hired is to protect the condo association.” Neither will take accountability for suite issues.
In my experience I've has issues with mice, plumbing, heating, and questionable ethical behaviour from the front desk representatives. They've exhibited biased behaviour based on racial profiling, blame any issue on you as the tenant (they attempted to blame me and my roommate for a mouse issue that was clearly in the building before our 8-month tenancy, (our landlord has shown us emails wherein the front desk representative has spoken ill of us pinning the entire issue on us)) and The way they drop off notices is by leaving letters at your door and running away.
In July 2021 T the top floor of the parking lot is being renovated and all individuals on the top 5 floors of the parking garage are getting unceremoniously kicked out of their stalls and encouraged to rent their own stalls. These stalls are included in condo fees and rent and this doesn't seem acceptable to me.
Basically, if you're renting DO NOT rent here.
