Pros: Balcony, Location, Kitchen Island, Optional in-suite laundry, Maintenance staff is quick to respond to texts and calls.
Cons: Alright here we go.
1) Rockwood property management does not really respond to my emails regarding general questions about the lease, damage deposit, etc
2) Not much for noise insulation between floors. I can often hear my upstairs neighbors having a normal conversation and just walking around. I will be moving for this reason.
3) There's no card machines in the office.. so cash and cheqs only..
4) The building is ALL paper signs. Everywhere.
5) They absolutely cram the underground parking. Traffic in underground parking does not circulate. Makes it very difficult to park on the ends.
Summary: It's a nice place, I do like the apartment itself but management has me wanting leave and I can't put up with the upstairs noise.
