★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer you a "30%" discount with a 12 month lease. They make you move in a few days after the 1st of the month to "clean the apartment". What they do not say is that for the first month the 30% will not be applied because a lease must start on the 1st of the month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valley ridge tower is a great place to live in. I recently moved in to the building. Manager Ms Darish is so nice and friendly its a must to meet her for advice and a friendly talk . Boardwalk you have a gem manager. So polite and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO HEAT....? HERE AT ALL......?YET AGAIN THIS WINTER..........???? FOR THE THIRD 3rd YEAR NOW IN A ROW......???? Along with all forms and types of MOLD build up over many years of boardwalk not properly dealing with constant building leaks. boardwalk just criminally neglects the well being of both there employees aswell as there Tennant's we have white MOLD BLACK MOLD boardwalk is only increasing there immoral ways of extreme neglect.????? Telus is working together with boardwalk to take advantage of who ever they can. Both Telus and boardwalk blame eachother when you confront them on there lies when trying to resolve a matter involving either a double payment to both boardwalk and or Telus also with random unexplainable over charges from telus ? so time will tell and I will definetly update the review on this buildings living conditions apon conclusion of them proving to me with time that they are not just talk and empty promises to truly honour there words for fair and honest 2 sided open communication between both tenant and landlord respectfully with humble hearts and empathetic understanding for peace and humanity for one and other both from and for a healthy functioning business's stand point and for us residents and future tenants to be able to call this building our home with a humble functioning truly at home healthy atmosphere and energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ shame on philipinians team in there and shame on thiscompany after termination they locked me out they didnt let me stay for 2 days with my staff in my home, i stayed in street slept in my friends car nights and lost my parcel from amazon , allready it was hell for me coz of 302# shame on you boardwalk, i am guest in your cuntry and you showed your self very well and philipinians to, after lenny told me if you dont take your we are going put your staff in garbage,and she didnt even let us move comfortable, she was staying there with my other girl and they ware laughing to us, poor woman be professional a bit , how hard it is ? and they put me in rush i lost my chair clothes dishes, there in -25, well done
