They're overflowing, they're stinking up the street, they're littering the sidewalk. This is a health and safety hazard at this point. And clearly Mr Allen Wasnea and this property management company do not care...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with Wasnea Engineering for over a decade. I have found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable mechanical engineers. They make a special effort to coordinate their systems with the electrical engineers during the design process. This extra effort early on significantly reduces headaches and extras during construction. They are very good at coming up with practical solutions to complex problems. I believe that they really strive to save the owners money while maintaining a quality design.
