★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners seem to actually care about maintenance and the tenants rights, they're landlords so they always come off as a little bit evil to tenants, 5 star review is based on having lived under most of the other residential property management type companies in the city
they are still landlords, and therefor, kind of an adversarial relationship forms but they are the lesser of all the evils i have experienced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to speak with the owner, but was blown off. Handed over to a rude lady who didn't want to take the time to answer my questions. Seems like this isn't the first time it's happened either. Ouch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total slumlords. Their apartments have bedbugs and they do NOTHING about it. Stay away from any apartment owned or run by these sleazers unless you want nothing but problems and "no comments". Run far and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While not the most modern or upkept apartments, by any means, Rowand House is a very affordable place in a very prime location. I have had no problems with bedbugs or vermin of any kind, save for some roommates. The eastern side of the building has amazing views and Deb, a property manager, has always been very pleasant and very prompt in dealing with any maintenance issues. I'm sure the bad reviews provided come from bad tenants but I do grant that the place could use some work. But it is by no means a one star establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management women working at Rowand house are extremely rude. I hope someone can teach them some skills of customer services. I cannot have a normal conversation with them. They are always yelling even though you are standing next to them and asking a simple question. Worst worst customer service I seen in my life time. I don’t wanna give even one star.
