Omega Properties - Edmonton

Recently moved in after living downtown in a loud, construction-filled building. Claire Apartments is so refreshing - quiet living, management who cares and responds to calls quickly, with many amenities, all at very reasonable prices! We’re just finishing getting moved in, so no photos yet, but we’re loving it so far.

I've lived in this building for 3 years, and I would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic, Jasper and 104th Ave are practically next door, and the river valley is just down the hill. The building is well-maintained, and the staff are very friendly. The building amenities include a yoga studio, fitness center, and heated underground parking. It's also a very pet-friendly building, which is rare in the rental market. They even have a dog wash station! Dogs love baths, right? I wouldn't know, I have a cat.

I've lived here for a little over two years and it is hands down the best place to live in downtown Edmonton. The building is in a great location close to the LRT station and a number of really great restaurants making it really convenient for any students or young professionals looking to get to and from work/school. The building management is superb always going out of their way to make sure all tenants are comfortable during their stay. Overall highly recommended if you're looking for a place in downtown Edmonton.

I have had a very pleasant experience living at Claire Estates for the past 7 months. I did extensive research before moving here from another province for University studies. All utilities are included and the rent is on the cheaper side compared to other downtown buildings. Loads of transit options are very close by, even when there is a lot of snow and its -40C. There was never an issue with heat or hot water in this building throughout this past brutal winter. The people who work here are very accommodating and super helpful, namely Richard and Endrit who I have been in contact with the most! When I am away, they inform me that there are packages by my door and they offer to put them into my suite! There is a patio fireplace that they recently put in on the second floor terrace and it is really pretty. The gym is really convenient downstairs and I appreciate the treadmills. I highly recommend this building, and I will be extending my lease!

This is by far the best rental experience I've ever had. If I was still living in Edmonton, I would come back in a heartbeat. I lived on the seventh floor and it had incredible views and sunsets. The rates are very reasonable and everything is included which is even better! If you rent here, the first people you will most likely meet are Richard and Tracy. Learn their names and be sure to say hello when you see them around as they are by far the most helpful and kind people you will ever have the privilege of meeting. Being a young woman living alone for the first time was intimidating. I'll never forget the night at about 10 PM, I called about my microwave not working, the sink drain was clogged and leaking and I had no idea what to do. They told me Richard would be there the next day at 9AM to take a look. I'm being dead serious when I say he came at 8:59, and left at 9:03 and I had a new microwave, pipe and the clog was gone. It was so impressive! I also ran a lot during the winter and he would always make sure that the sidewalk and footpath leading up to the building were well maintained so I never had to worry about falling! I had so many great memories here and Claire Estates will always be a place where I felt safe and genuinely happy.

If you are looking for a place then Claire Estates is definitely worth checking out. I've giving five stars because there are no problems that warrant removing stars. Its a nice quiet building, which could be a good or bad thing. In today's increasingly isolated society, I'm sure everywhere is the same. Location: Great. I've been living here for a few years already and I really don't see myself moving anywhere else. You can get anywhere downtown with a short walk, and the train is just a block away. Grocery shopping within walking distance is pretty weak. The closest one is a Save-on-Foods. If you have a car this isn't a problem, otherwise you might want to consider a location that doesn't make you take the train. That's not Claire Estate's fault though, so I'm not docking points. Before the pandemic, I would go grocery shopping somewhere else and take the train often for the exercise. Cleanliness/Maintenance: Amazing. I personally have not had any issues with bugs or rodents. The main areas and hallways are regularly cleaned. If you call about any problem with plumbing or electricity, someone will come down that day. Heating is great, and repairs are announced well in advance. The building is just simply well maintained, there's nothing more to say. You're not going to think about it because everything just works. Like the saying, do your job right, it will look like you're not doing anything at all. Rent: Good. The price isn't too high, and that's the main reason why I've stayed here so long. I believe utilities are included so this really depends on what else is in the area. Laundry used to be dirt cheap, but now its quite average.

WHY I 100% recommend Claire Estates. ••I always preferred to live away from Downtown, I had a hard time finding a building that made me feel safe. That all changed when I visited the Claire Estates building. ••The building is extremely well located: - 3-4minutes walking from Bay LRT (just across the street) - 3-4 minutes walking from Jasper Av - Close to: cafe, bars, pharmacy, shopping and parks. I do everything by walking, or by scooter in the summer ? ••Speaking of the good things in the building: - FOB system that made me feel very safe - Full gym, you can save money!! - Bicycle Storage - Dog Wash (THIS IS WONDERFUL) - The most perfect laundry - Yoga room ••The Building manager is great, whenever I needed to ask a question, or get some help, he was always available. All Staff is very attentive, from those who are more in the “bureaucratic” part, to the people who work in the building. ••A very important point that I emphasize here is the fact that it is PET FRIENDLY. This one in the picture is Ollie, we adopted him after moving into the building. Claire Estates took him in. The building cares a lot about adoptions and as an animal lover it was really cool to hear that. They added the dog wash and it's great to be able to bathe him without having to go to a pet store. ••I recommended it to a friend who is moving soon and will continue to recommend it. My experience living here is Amazing.••

I love living at Claire Estates! The building and apartments are clean and the views from the higher floor balconies are beautiful! They waive pet fees for rescue animals, so my rescue cat lives with me for free! Adopt, don't shop! The gym and yoga room are great, and there's also a bike room and laundry! The management team is really the best part of it all, though! The in-house maintenance team is always available and fixes issues promptly with no hassle! The admin Relations Manager is wonderful, he's always so kind and gentle and has calmed me down many times when I call in a panic. He always replies to calls/emails right away and really cares about tenant's wellbeing. Great living space, great amenities, great management! My cat and I are very happy here!
