After living at 360 Hoffman St for almost two years, we have had nothing but good experiences. The Superintendent Amy makes sure the building looks great and helps solve any issues that we have. Everyone in the building is nice and seem to get along great. It was a blast when the units are being upgraded, we could all stand in the hall to chat and laugh with one another.
We have no plans to move anytime soon. Great place, great people.

It may not be one of the newly built apartment around downtown area but definitely they have step up in doing all the renovations and upgrades. Shawndra has always been a wonderful building manager together with Brian.Very professional and top notch people to deal with.They provide the best customer service and that is one thing that we love the most living at Beacon Place.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My suite was beautiful and newly renovated but the best part of living at Beacon Place was how helpful and friendly Shawndra-Lyn (building manager) was. Anything I needed, she was there to help and make sure things were taken care of. Very clean building and the new updates throughout make it a very nice place to live. Would recommend to anybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to shopping, Rogers Place. Doctors offices and hospital. On-site parking both above and underground. But stop across the street. Beautiful views. Near River Vally. I’ve been here a few years now. Owners and staff have changed. The building is kept clean. A lot of renovations have been done. Quiet building for the most part. Don’t normally hear any noise from inside. If there is anything that needs to be addressed it is taken care of promptly.the new property manager is great. She is professional and also caring. Rent is reasonable. Suites are clean and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very close to downtown and the river valley which is great for both work and play. The management is very helpful and give good head's up whenever something is occurring in the building. They're cooperative and have great communication. The recent additions to the building is also a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've just recently for a good 2 days. Staffs are nice and helpful. The time I contacted for rent, they tried their best to support me regardless of staff shortage, which I really appreciate. The apartment is spotless with nice kitchen. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living at Beacon Place for the last 2 years has been a great experience. The newly renovated suites are stylish and modern, it’s centrally located and the building management team was very helpful. Would highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a place downtown.

We decided to rent without going in person, and everything was exactly how they told us it would be. All the utilities work great; the apartment is in excellent condition, you cannot hear other residents, and the building is clean, organized, and very secure. I would highly recommend this place.
