I read the google reviews and decided to rent this place. I can tell you, do not trust those reviews. My personal experience is terrible. Here are some problem I encountered in my first month of stay: 1. The building is very old, +50 years, and managed poorly. The heating system is very old, and can not provide enough heat if outside is below -15 degrees, they will provide you space heaters to warm your unit, so no heating included in your rent if outside is cold lol. 2. The heating system generates a lot of noise, I guess the pipes are old and kinda clogged, so you will hear them 247. The most annoying thins is that they are aware of the problem. When I asked about noise when I was visiting the unit, they told me "You will only hear your fridges noise". But after I provided them the recording of the noise, they told me this is noise we don't have disclose during the inspection, it is a background noise which every building has. Every place I leaved did not have any noise problem. 3. Some elevators make friction noise which means something is wrong, and it is safety problem but management will not get them fixed so you will always hear elevator shaft moving, in any unit you rent unless you rent +30 floors. 4. Anything goes wrong in the building, they will call it an state of emergency which gives them access to your unit without any notice, anytime of the day. You will sign a lease agreement over 50 pages, and you have to put your initials on every page, be ready for not having any rights. This building is VERY OLD and almost everyday something is breaking, everyday, state of emergency. Possibly other problems also exist but in my 1 month stay these are the problems I mostly encountered. I feel overtime it will get even worse, specially in summer. So if you decide to rent this place, make your decision wisely, and don't regret like me. I wish someone told me theses problems. Update: One of the other problems I had was with their financial department. it seems they makes some charging mistakes. They use a website called LetUs which you create a profile and have to pre authorize your credit card and as name suggest you let them charge as they wish. In one month I found two "mistake"s in my charges, total of $162. I stoped using the website, and changed back to giving them cheques. Safer!

One of the Best Apartment to live in Edmonton Downtown, full of all amentias inside the building and nearby. Big indoor heated pool, gym, yoga room, grocery shop make this unique in town. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for great community in downtown. Rent are very reasonable with exceptional view of river valley.

Best apartment in Edmonton. You cannot beat the location and amenities at Edmonton House. Carmen, Gloria, and the rest of the staff are truly the best. The residents and other tenants make this such a fun place to be. Great spot for a good time.

!!VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I went to birthday dinner Friday night , and was very disappointed. Edmonton House looks nice from outside with colorful lights . When you get close its old an ghetto. Almost got jumped by gang of homeless dudes at beginning of bridge. SKETCHY elevators very old building. Nice security guard though . Friend said she was moving put ASAP. . You've been warned . ⚠️

Really love living here. It is such a quiet and well maintained building. I think the walls are concrete but I can't tell anyone lives here when I'm in my suite. There is a heated saltwater pool, concierge to take your packages, lounge, yoga room, on site grochery store and gym. The elevators are fast. Covered & secure parking. The building has 24/7 onsite security and cameras. Very safe, clean and accommodating. Great location. The staff are friendly and communicative. Been here almost a year & have nothing bad to say!

Almost hitting 1 year & This is the first apartment I’ve moved to in Edmonton, or even Canada. I’ve moved from Dubai & I’d like to say this building has kept me safe, answered to all my issues / requirements. Attended every problem I have within the same day or the next day. And provided me with the same luxury / standard I was always used too. The Property Management is very professional & respectful. The staff there are very respectful & kind. Albee & Carmen are the ones who welcomed me into this beautiful home. I am very grateful & happy for the service I was provided over the span of the last year. Also a shoutout to the Maintenance team & Security as they’re great guys Thank you, Mohammed Nadher

Edmonton House has been my home for nearly five years. If you're looking for a place which is affordable and has amazing staff (Carmen and Gloria to mention a few) look no further. If you're searching for: amazing views, amenities (gym, pool, yoga studio and common area) and location look no further. The building is quite well managed and if any issues arise, they are always handled in a timely fashion. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

Edmonton House is the perfect residence to live in if you're looking to be located in downtown Edmonton. Compared to all the other options, rent is very fairly priced, and the amenities available — Indoor Pool, Gym, Yoga Studio & Classes, Covered Parkade & More. — far outweigh what other residences offer (if they even offer anything at all!). The views of Downtown and the River Valley also make this a prime location to be living within the heart of Edmonton. Staff is very kind and always ready to help, and the Edmonton House community is quite welcoming. Highly recommended!
