★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been renting in River Valley for 3 years ..im happy totally when Jason is still the property manager on that time.But since Jason left to this site the staff in the leasing office right now I'm not sure if they are Filipino they are not really friendly helpful to us on my expierence to them.Since on there first day..not accomodating long face every time i saw them.Compare to Jason he so friendly helpful and nice very person.Hope the management can do somethig about this.Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for 5 years. We have issues with our unit stinking like cigarette smoke at all hours of the day. Management won't step in to reinsulate barriers so the stink doesn't seep into the unit(we're non smokers). They won't mention to other tenants to smoke out a window(at the VERY LEAST). It's not worth the cheap deposit and nor is it worth renting here if you don't smoke. Steer clear of Midwest if this is an issue for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've definitely had the most wonderful staff here at Empire park! We've seen a bit of rotation though so we've had to say goodbye to a few of them, but they keep hiring more and more wonder people so we definitely feel at home here! We also have a beautiful view so that helps hehe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost hitting 1 year & This is the first apartment I’ve moved to in Edmonton, or even Canada. I’ve moved from Dubai & I’d like to say this building has kept me safe, answered to all my issues / requirements. Attended every problem I have within the same day or the next day. And provided me with the same luxury / standard I was always used too. The Property Management is very professional & respectful. The staff there are very respectful & kind. Albee & Carmen are the ones who welcomed me into this beautiful home. I am very grateful & happy for the service I was provided over the span of the last year.
Also a shoutout to the Maintenance team & Security as they’re great guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unit like this will charge you 15hours for cleaning, they will get your full deposit. NEVER MOVE IN to this property:) . So what we rent is a less than 600 sq ft unit. The full cleaning will charge you $50 per hour and 15hours and they said they give you an discount Lolllllllllll. Can any one tell me is there any cleaning company will quote you for $50 per hour cleaning? The full unit cleaning charge me a $350 plus a steam cleaning for $85 Lolllllllllllllll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been renting at their property at Riverbend estates for a year now. It's a really nice neighborhood. However, recently there are lot of problems with the services. The building elevator is down for over a week. My pregnant wife can't go for doctor's visit or to work as she can't take stairs. Also, they have allowed some weird tenants lately. There was a fight or something and then one of the person activated the fire alarms. This started happening after the change of the property manager. The lady that used to manage earlier was great.
