We made the decision to switch to Blueprint Condominium Management more than a year ago and it has been the best decision our Condo Board has ever made! The onboarding process was straightforward and efficient. Abe and Jeff’s knowledge and guidance is exceptional. Blueprint’s web-based platform keeps owners informed and allows owners to communicate their needs at their convenience. The response time is swift and the solutions appropriate, as Blueprint has a solid network of trustworthy and reputable vendors to reach out to. We’ve accomplished more in the past year than we had in the previous 6 years with the prior management company. Blueprint Condominium Management has exceeded our expectations and they elevate the condominium property management industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great management company for your condo corporation. Seriously there are some bad ones out there and blue print had been nothing but professional for us. If your corporation is looking out for a new management company, blue print is a solid choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (our Board of Directors) selected Blueprint Management as property manager for our townhouse condo complex property from a handful of different companies out there. Right from the initial point of contact with Jeff and Abe we were impressed. Their level of professionalism and experience was evident immediately.
What really set them apart was the integration of technology in how they manage their properties. Couple that with the extensive background they have in logistics management and level of customer service provided and it wasn't difficult to make the choice.
The transition from old property management to Blueprint was seamless and the experience to date has been well above expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend Blueprint to any condo corporation looking for a property manager.

I was worried that given the new transition they would not be able to provide documents quickly and accurately, but they came through no problem. Jeff was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Going through documents that would've taken hours by myself and highlighting not only what was important now but in the future as well. I feel far more comfortable going forward after using their services. The team was also extremely helpful afterwards, ensuring that I got everything I needed to succeed in this endeavour based off what I was shown. They made a complicated and stressful process into an extremely easy one. Cannot recommend enough.
