★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone from this building keeps throwing lit cigarette butts from their balcony. I'm usually waiting for the bus at the stop at the entrance below and they fall only a few feet from me (they hit the ground at the same place every time!). It seems like a bit of a hazard to throw a burning object off of a building where a large number of people are on-foot (especially with hooded parkas). Please be courteous to passers-by, other residents and the environment by disposing of your cigarette butts properly. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living at this building a few years. Its a great place to live with everything in reach. Reading Eric Buhler comment makes me laugh very hard. You look like a smart guy but reading your comment makes me question my believes. For starters, have you seen who is responsible for giving you a parking tickets???? Its definitely not the manager. And second, we live in Edmonton where its fricken cold. Are you blaming the managers and plumbers that its cold outside????? I do not like how people blame each other, start looking at yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building managers suck. They are very rude and unaccommodating. I have had two visitors that signed in for guest parking towed and several other receive tickets. I had a friend that lived in the building have cockroaches and little action was taken to deal with this problem. Do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building managers are horrid, they are incredibly rude. Even though there is an electronic parking sign-up I have had friends park and get tickets despite having signed up for parking! There is continually problems with the plumbing and heating, and the building managers keep using the same god awful companies to service the building!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about the other reviews but I also found that the previous management was pretty bad. They recently changed the company that manages the building but I haven’t had any interactions with them yet. The location is great and the view but sometimes neighbouring units can be a tad bit loud during quiet hours.
Also I’m pretty sure ‘Drew’ is apart of the management team. The gym is not even open because to covid, and has been closed for about a year now lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building managers were horrible during my stay. Agnus and Darius from Fochaus Management were unresponsive to their phones and would not reply to voice messages. They were unprofessional, unreliable and rude. I’ve been accused of stealing a key fob due to their unorganized documentation of payments. They even deactivated my fob for a period of time. Multiple residents have also had experiences with the building managers not doing their job, leaving residents responsible for leaky pipes and pipe bursts. Ive had an incident where I had a pipe freeze and burst and the building manager came to my unit to check it out. They manager took a glance at the pipe for a second without the water on, claimed there was no leak, and stated that it was my problem to deal with. If you are moving in here, be aware it’s a huge hassle asking for the most basic services from the building managers.
