★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good building people keep to themselves and mind their own business. The hallways smell though and the parking lot needs to be cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don’t rent here!! I know the incentives they give seem really good but it’s too good to be true. This building has pest!! There’s a history of bed bugs and I have started finding roaches in my suite. I have only lived here for 2 months, I wish I knew about this before I moved in.
The rent is on the cheaper side for a reason!!
Also, according to my neighbour who has lived here for two years, the turn over for management is high. There has been 4 different managers since he has moved in.
Update: There is confirmed CURRENT case of bed bugs on the third floor, in addition to the cockroaches. Mainstreet is still able to tell you there’s no pest in a single unit to rent out, but the pest will eventually come back as they will only treat individual units and not the entire building. The manager was not helpful at all and actually threatened to “give me a warning” when I told other tenants in the building of the infestations. Avoid Mainstreet at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite is nice enough however would be nice if the kitchen area was larger... seems like hallways rarely get vacuumed... they smell!! hallway carpets need replacement.
Perhaps management should listen to these reviews. Tenants have no reason to lie!! Water is often getting shut off for repairs.
There is no reason why carpets can't be cleaned even during covid! At least once a Week!
