Do not live here, going in for a viewing you will be greeted by manager Lisa who will instantly greet you with the fakest see through smile you will ever see in your life; you will be pressured into signing paper work then and there to begin the lease. The apartments are painted over without any primer and even the smallest furniture bump will expose the paint, you will be charged for painting the whole wall when moving out and your whole security deposit will be taken (500$). THE BIGGEST THING is we moved in during the warm months, all was well until the old steam heating came on during the winter and makes a terrible noise that keeps you up all night. After complaining multiple times we were assured that it is normal. The apartments are decorated and finished nicely to create this facade that the building is contemporary but infact it's just an old complex with a poorly done makeover. The noises were so bad it caused the whole house to rumble almost like someone hitting a door stopper multiplied. There was also a random boom that sounds as though someone is breaking into your apartment. Admittedly I am bitter as we were evicted due to police being called from a mental health crisis in my family and my yappy dogs however I am trying to remain as honest and un biased in this review as i can. going back to the paint, upon calling in regards to my security deposit after moving out we were informed they were re painting the whole apartment from paint damage when there was honestly nothing we could do about the terrible paint job. Upon trying to extent an olive branch and dealing with it peacefully I was laughed at manically over the phone and hung up on. we are currently in the process of being compensated for the breach of peaceful enjoyment and the CIU is doing a screening on the noises. Please take my most likely slightly biased review to heart and go elsewhere better for your buck. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience living here. The landlords Sydney and Michael are great, very fair, accommodating, and polite. They went above and beyond to help my roommate and I with anything that we needed. I highly recommend this complex as it was a great experience overall.

Nothing but good things to say about living here. Property managers Michael and Sydney are fantastic landlords, and people! They were helpful, accomodating, fair, and extremely attentive to our needs! We lived in a beautiful, clean suite and rarely ever heard and noise from the building or our neighbors. The halls were regularly cleaned and the doors were all secure (we never had a problem with uninvited people getting into the building). The landlords are always accesible through email or text/call and responded quickly to any questions we had. They are very fair in their estimate of returning the damage deposits, and just overall wanted to help us out! This downtown apartment is cute, convenient to everything in Brewery District (gym, shopping, groceries, medical services, tons of restaurants etc) and safe! 10/10 would recommend making this your next home!

I have lived here for about 6.5 years and I love it. Building is very clean and very well managed. Anytime I have an issue or need something fixed, it is taken care of quickly. Tenants are great too, I've never had noise issues or problems with anyone. Awesome place to live.
