I now look forward to my next cleaning knowing that my anxiety disorder will be taken into consideration when receiving services.

I have only had great experiences and I highly recommend this dentist for anyone who's anxious about dental procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were all very friendly and great about communication. They did a thorough examination and explained various things to help me better understand my dental health. The overall communication was phenomenal! The best I’ve experienced. The hygienist was gentle and very concerned about my comfort. The only drawback is the cost. The prices tend to be higher than what I’m used to and it’s personally not ideal for me as a student but if you’re willing to pay more for what feels like excellent service and understanding of practice, I’d give this place a go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Shirazi is truly the best dentist I've ever had! He is incredibly personable, compassionate, and knowledgable. He and his assistant Ashley always take such good care of me, I find myself (almost) looking forward to visiting the dentist!
Their diligent recordkeeping ensures my care is always personalized and my comfort is prioritized. For example, I have a high tolerance to freezing-- they have noted this on my file (without any prompting on my part) and have adjusted my dose of freezing so that I am always comfortable from the start.
I've never been made to feel bad about the condition of my teeth and always feel comfortable being honest and asking questions.
They stand by their work-- I have rarely had any issues following my visits but know that if anything felt off, I would be accommodated promptly.
The admin team is also stellar-- as someone who relies on my dental benefits, they have always been wonderful about processing my claims and pre-approvals, ensuring I've never had any unexpected charges on my bill. Appointments are easy to book or change, and I always get reminders in advance.
I have only good things to say about my experiences here for the last few years. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was very clean and friendly. I had made an appointment for a cleaning and initial assessment as I am from out of the province. It took two hours and it was a pleasant experience. All staff did great in their respective roles and I will be coming back for another bite ???
