Update: What happened to this place?! I had to change my 5 stars to 2. Where are the regular women who worked ther (?) and the service is suffering. This week I've been 3 times and everytime has sucked. First visit - Legit, no cream. Second visit - the items I ordered online they didn't have when I got there. (Told to come me back later) and today I ordered a coffee and donut on the app and watched for 10 minutes for my order only to see an associate almost throw out my order receipt, I had to stop her. It's so disorganized. ****** I've been going here for awhile now and It's always been a positive experience. The employees are friendly and the food is delicious.

Loved the coffee but hate the burger. Waste of money, if you buy cravable chicken. Worst food, great coffee.

This Tim Horton’s is a mess. The entire dine in setting is filthy, they have boxes and unnecessary sh*t everywhere. The wait and line is ridiculously long due to their uncoordinated, sloppy performance as Tim Horton’s employees. I don’t normally write reviews on places but I’ve never seen anything like this. Seriously an embarrassment to Tim Horton’s company.

Everytime I go to this location there’s an older lady yelling at people . And today there was a gentleman in front of me in line and she raised her voice at him and told him he couldn’t bud in front of us, he didn’t he was waiting in line before we even got into the line . My friend and I corrected her and assured her that he was most definitely before us as if she didn’t see that herself . After when we got served by a different worker she continued to yell at this man and say she wouldn’t serve him. He was not being rude either but he was visibly upset , I told him that that was extremely rude of her and he told me that he was ordering some sort of black drink and she said he couldn’t say black??? That irked me especially as he was poc. How is she still working there???

Ordered on the app, they said I ordered from the Tim’s across the street. I googled the address I ordered from, and it was the one in the mall. When I told them, and I can showed them, they continued to deny it, and even began getting mad at me. I went to the other side of the counter, and I saw my order with my name on the receipt. They had it all along. They didn’t apologize and continued to act like it was my fault. Never going back there again.

Took us 20 mins to get a couple coffees and donuts. They kept messing up our order and not enough place to sit. Consider yourself lucky that the lowest i could do is 1 star. The boss's child was staring at us the whole time and garbage all over the floor.

My niece placed a mobile order from a store she works in within the mall and had asked me if I could pick it up for her, I went upstairs to the Tim Hortons and asked one of the ladies for an order that was called in, the lady was very rude and said they didn't have a call in order, maybe it's from the Tim Hortons across the street so i asked my niece to check her app again and she insisted it was from this location. I walked over to the opposite end of the counter where another staff member was talking to a customer (regarding my mixup) and i asked her, if she (received an order) and again she said no, and at this moment I looked down and there right in front of me was my niece's order, and I said to the lady that this is my niece's order, and she became very embarrassed and instead of apologizing she picked up the receipt and read back my order, then proceeded to crumple it up without thinking i might want it. I then picked up my order and walked away and the man she had been chatting with followed me defending her by telling me im supposed to ask for a MOBIL ORDER instead of a CALLED IN ORDER. In my defence, i am an old woman and don't have experience with such things, but I found it EXTREMELY RUDE that she would involve another customer in this ordeal! I will NEVER come to this Tim Hortons again and my family (i have a few family members) who work in Kingsway mall, are all switching to Starbucks.

I want to start this off by stating the current state of the world is affecting everyone. And I get that there are going to be some hindrances in performance based on staffing issues. Today I walked by and noticed that this location was open before 11AM, had more than 2 'employees' in the location. So decided to get a morning coffee (Large Cold Brew). After waiting in line for a few minutes I noticed that the additional 4 people in the store were NOT associates but either franchisee owners or corporate reps. I get to the register 10 minutes after waiting in line and realize that the person at the till is a trainee. Nothing against her, she was dealing with what she could control being a trainee. However by this time the line had about 6 or 7 clients waiting. By this time a third associate came in and I assumed that the line would move faster and that I would get my cold brew in a few minutes. NOPE, the 4 extra bodies that were in the store started inspecting their machines and asking reps questions preventing from servicing not only my already ordered drink. But preventing the waiting clients in line from getting their orders in a timely manner. To those 4 people taking up clients time as well as distracting employees from doing their jobs. There could have been a better time to do your visit or you could have at least attempted to help the reps you had working to better assist your clients.
