★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe that I already posted something about SoftMoc yesterday, but I will give another review. I bought a pair of winter boots yesterday, Saturday December 1, 2018. The boots appear to be comfortable and warm. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I needed a pair of boots that are warm and non-slipping as I walk my dog a lot. I ended up taking the boots back due to the price I paid for them. SoftMoc took them back and refunded my money with no issues. I would have kept them, but I got bills to pay and grocery shopping to do which is a bigger necessity for me at this time. I will be back at SoftMoc again later in the season. Thanks SoftMoc for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there this week. Whenever I try on any kind of shoes I always have to try a few different sizes cuz I’m always different sizes. I always feel bad cuz the associates always seem annoyed when they have to bring a bunch of shoes out, but the girl that helped me didn’t seem bothered by it at all, she was happy to help, and she also greeted me as soon as I came into the store and helped me right away. It always makes a shopping trip better when the associates are nice like she was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to purchase some black timberland boots. I was please to see they were only $89.99, less than I expected. And the last pair was my size! So awesome. Then I bought insoles and spray as well. The boots had been labeled wrong (I never once asked them to honor the displayed price but they did anyway). I had already paid with a visa gift card for $100 and the remainder on my debit. They told me they could not just return the difference (between the price they sold me them at and the displayed sale price) they had to do a full return. So they refunded thethe funds to my visa gift card and to my debit. But then when we went to pay again with the correct sale price of $89.99, the visa gift card would no longer work. So now i
Had to pay for the boots all on my debit and they said the funds will go back o to my visa gift card. I called visa and they said it will take up to 30 DAYS FOR THE REFUND. now I may or may not get my $100 giftcard back. They had told me would hold the boots until the money went back on to my gift card if I wanted but would not be able to hold the sale price. Terrible customer service. Terrible shopping experience.
