★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend was buying new shoes. She picked a pair of shoes for around 60 dollars and asked the employee to go get them. After trying them on she clarified again that these were the 60 dollar shoes. The employee confirmed this. When we got to the till after waiting in line they rang up at 90 dollars. My friend was taken aback but politely told the cashier that she was told they were 60 dollars and asked if he could go check with the other employee. She stepped aside to let other people in line check out while this got sorted. After speaking to another employee it turns out that the original employee was wrong and had given her the wrong price/box. They wouldn’t do anything to lower the price despite the employees mistake. That would have been annoying but tolerable the worst part was that they then proceeded to make her wait at the back of the line again. She had been kind enough to not hold up the line for others, and then was forced to wait back at the end of the line again. The cashier who was helping her watched her wait and the back of the line and completely ignored her. The supervisor on shift also ignored the situation completely. We’ve sent an email to the sport check customer service but haven’t heard anything back. Super disappointed in the staff at this location. The original girl who made the error was kind and it was an honest mistake but everyone else was just rude. My friend was very polite the entire time and was treated poorly. Shop at any other location if you must. Poor customer service at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought new skis here. The one guy working in the back was great to deal with and helped me out. He was working alone in the back and was running his tail off for many customers. I don’t recall his name but he had a broken finger. This guy deserves a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is always too busy chatting to help anyone. You could stand there and yell “does anyone work here?” And no one would respond, all they do is socialize, merchandising is aweful, coats are always laying on the floor and nothing is ever being cleaned again because they are too busy socializing. I have seen people walk out of the mall with literal racks of their coats and the employees don’t even notice the beeping or anything they just go hmm where’d that go. Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen, there must be no training that occurs in this store, I’m not even convinced that people are in there working aside from the two at the tils some days.
Reading the other reviews given that are positive I feel they must be paid for or from employees because there is no way that anyone gets good service in here, the mall as a whole uses sport check as an example of what not to do.

Very very knowledgeable about what runner would work for my mom and her orthotics. Beyond amazing service!! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people in the service shop are amazing. I've had my bike serviced at their shop a few times and they are extremely helpful and dedicated to ensuring my bike was safe to use. When they don't have parts, they are knowledgeable in informing me of what specific part is needed and even where to purchase it for them to use or for me to fix myself. Brytone and John are the ones who helped me out and they are extremely knowledgeable people.

iE. Wilson basketballs, soccer balls official size, soccer cleats, shin pads, braces, grip strengthener, roller blades etc.
literally has everything for sports.
Probably bought a bunch more ?.
The shoes selection is fresh too and sport brands like adidas, Nike, under armour, puma, Jordan’s, Reebok etc. I grab lots from here and other ones.
The facility is clean and always organized.
With it in ‘stock ‘.
Friendly employees as well with good direction and suggestions.
Shout out to Brandon haha this man came and asked me twice if I needed help when he seen me finally at the sandals. Offered a new Jordan in the back that he can bring out. Solid employee.??????
