★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever had ordering something online. The carrier lost the package (I understand that is out of their control) so I asked if there is anything they can do for me. They said they would refund me my money back and would take 3 to 5 business days to reflect my account. So I waited a few days after the said time and still no refund. So I messaged them about it. I was then told the refunded was being submitted then and to wait another 3 to 5 days. Emailing them back about that, I was ignored on those questions. So waiting again those said days and still not getting the refund back, I got another email saying I was being refunded and to wait the 3 to 5 days again! Waiting 3+ weeks (as I'm still waiting) for a refund, and being told 3 different times the refund was being submitted is very unprofessional.
