He is very thorough in his evaluation and realistic in the timeline for recovery. He does not require you to come once a week unless you need it. I've had several bad experiences with other Chiropractors and I now refer Dr. Chris to everyone I know!

C	Chantelle Bielak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Dr Chris Oviatt of Castledowns Chiropractic to assist with pain in my right shoulder I obtained after being hit by a car on my bicycle. As the injury was a few years old, I often felt discomfort and that my joints were “stuck” together. Over the course of a year Dr Chris gave me exercises to complete at home in addition to regular adjustments. While the road to recovery was not short, once I was able to gain more mobility in my shoulder, I was able to properly stretch the muscles and I am happy to report with regular maintenance I no longer experience any pain. In fact, I’ve been able to take up new hobbies that had previously not been possible with my injury. Thank you, Dr Chris, for the fantastic care- I definitely feel better, move better and am able to live better.

Im often so tight its hard to adjust me but dr. Martinook manages to do it! She will try until something moves instead of just giving up after 5 minutes like many chiros Ive been to in the past. I feel much better already and her fees are reasonable.

I had completed my physio treatments and all the home exercises. Despite the great recovery to this point I was still having problems with cramping in my upper and lower back and needed a bit of re alignment. Dr Chris was excellent. He described the reasons for the continued muscle strain, used examples to show me why and gave me tips on how to alleviate and correct and realign my frame. A great experience with DR Oviatt, thanks for the hands on adjustment, the education. Anyone looking for a great Chiropractor see Dr Oviatt you wont be disappointed.
