★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both ladies working were a pleasure to deal with, and we all shared a laugh about how my order came through in 3 parts over the app. Good for them for standing their ground when two men came in without masks & tried to ignore them when they were told they were required. Come on, guys... it's been nearly 2 years, this isn't new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most times it is really good.However last couple of times i order it wasn't the best experience. First bad experience the delivery driver left our order in the lobby.Its a good thing i went down to check.After buzzing him in and the delivery information was very clear. I waited for him at the unit door with it open so he could safe distance after 5 mintues i was wondering where he was checked the tracking and it said it was delivered went downstairs to find my order in the parcel cubby which is an open shelf by the mail boxs,where anyone could have grabed it.2nd bad experience the order was complety wrong 2 of the subs had all the ingredients mixed up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grumpy old lady named Karen that works here loves to skimp on the veggies. Especially pickles. I love pickles. I especially love subway pickles. Who would think that you would be denied having extra pickles on your sandwich, even after offering to pay for them.
After opening up the review page, was very gratified to see I’m not the only one who has been denied this joy in their life. I will be going to the other location down the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in Monday night April 18, around 21:30. I felt bad going so late to close (22:00). But the lady working (I didn't see her name) was very friendly. She asked me how it was going. I got a footlong meatball and I asked for extra marinara sauce. She asked if it was OK, I said it was perfect. The sub was great, and the customer service was superb. Then I went back today, April 21. I was served by a gentleman named Darryl. He was awesome. Very friendly as well.He was just as good as his coworker. All-around it was a great experience and the food was impeccable! I'm happy it's only 4 minutes from me. Keep it up y'all .
